Make a buff and nerf to a champion by vote of the community every 2 months or less to balance

hello to everyone and been thinking to make the game a little more baleanced in terms of the new champions that are coming out, some buffos to the old champions that look pretty opaque and reshaped as abilities and synergies that the champions or new characters have, then my idea is to make a voting style managed by the game, style like the previous year with the best champions of each race, obviously changing the concept of which champions need a small arrangement, the idea is that the communion between the moderators of the game go improving with surveys proposed by the Moderators and not be one who has to create them in a forum, because one feels that they are going the easy way getting more and more champions that as presentation have a supermission

for that reason I propose that the game has some small surveys or questions within the game, which is easier to study for the moderators of the game

what do you think of my proposed idea?

    I don't want my 5* blade and IMIW nerfed,So NO I don't want that.

    Domino should be nerf, but I don't want any other champs get nerf. Beside, There are so many old champions should be buff. So I agree the "buff by vote" part, but disagree the "nerf by vote" part.

    Domino is not that hard to fight in AW .Her sig ability won't scale with nodes.

    IMIW’s defensive abilities absolutely need to be nerf’d but his offensive abilities should remain untouched

    Domino is such a broken champ it's unbelievable.
    Everything you do is critical failure. Can't even block without critical failure.

    She definitely needs a nerf.
