Dear Developers.
I realize in general that we have lots of arenas to play and that is wonderful.
This game is addictive and has lots of fun. But I'd like to suggest that the cooling time of the heroes be reducced in a half of time permmanently.
I beg this because it is humanly impossible to beat all brands of all arenas to get units without having to spend more units to accelerate time.
I hope this message is read with good eyes and I am grateful for the opportunity to publish here my expectations.

Usually I make up to 280 because I do not have so much time available.
Actually, I think slow cool down is what make the 11-25% cutoff low, then It will be easier to farm shards without using units. If they reduce cool time, It's not just easier for you, It's easier for everyone, then the cutoff will sky-rock. I personally don't agree with this.
