Green Goblin missing the 2nd part of his heavy?

Ok so I just opened a 5* GG and was very disappointed so I just took him to 1/25.
But then I tested him out against R4 SL after reading his description and found him interesting with his regen and stuff so I took him to R2. But then I decided well I have 12 tech cats and noone to rank at the moment so I'll take him to R3.
Cool. But then I noticed he's missing the 2nd part of his heavy like every 2 heavies?!
WTF is going on here???
Anyone knows anything about it cause the enemy just recovers after the 1st part and dashes back at me and if GG didn't back away with his heavy I'd get hit everytime. It's already cutting it too close.

Well is there anything about kabam acknowledging it?
Not that I know of,Grengoblin is one of my R3 4*s. Always had that issue with him but never really reported it cuz he's not a main champ of mine.
