Just pulled myself a 4* punisher! dont have the resources to rank him up just yet! anyone else pull him and know if hes good? and if i should go for dupe! i feel since carnage was so bad they have to make this guy great

    Got him as well i dont have the resources to even r2 him...resources meaning the cc, gonna wait till saturday for tech daily
