Void avenger synergy

When I have voids synergy with classic vision and I face an avenger, void starts the fight with fear of the void active. My 5* void is sig 120. Debuffs generate 40% faster when fear of the void is active. But when you start with fear of the void on a #avenger champ, the debuffs do not generate faster. They generate at the same pace as when you don’t start with fear of the void active. Could you look into this? Thanks
