Which tech champ to rank up?

I am trying to decide which of my tech champs to rank up.

If this would be your first rank 4 5* I think ultron is a solid choice, double immunity, regen and stun, good aq champ.

I have 7 t2 alpha. I have rank 4 angela. I plan to rank 4 iceman next.
