Skipping Cut Scene Dialog

Currently the option to skip the cut scene dialog in Act and Monthly quests only skips to the next "paragraph" in the dialog. How about once the dialog has been skipped once, it stays skipped and doesn't display every time you run another path in the same map. Its very tedious to have to hit the skip all the time especially after you've read thru it once already.
