How good is Luke (Get back in your) Cage and Medusa

From 2 5 star crystals, I pulled a new Luke (Get back in your) Cage and a new Medusa. Should Luke stay in his Cage, or should I take him up (to R2, R3, R4 or R5)? How good is Medusa? Should I take her to R2, R3, R4 or R5? Both of these champs are unawakened but I have the T4CCs to take Luke (Get back in your) Cage to R3, but since I recently R5 my Hyperion, I have 0 T4CosmicCs.
Any comments would be appreciated.

    You're a very lucky guy. Luke is R3 worthy.

    Cage is great now thanks to the buff. Don't really know much about him, but he's demigod on the tier list as of april, and he's also one of seatin's most sought-after characters, so he's probably fairly viable in terms of stength.
    Medusa's god tier, but only with sig. Make sure to get her sig level up or else she isn't really to good. I personally like the length of her special hitboxes and stuff, but other than that she's not really too cool.

    I used to have the biggest problem with hyperion until I got Luke

    I killed the collector with a 5/50 lc. Hes awesome duped.
