Should I restart from scratch?

So I played the game a few years ago but quit. I had quire a few good champions that I gave away when I quit because I figured they’re not doing anything sitting in an abandoned account. Now I’m playing again and I’m on level 17, but I don’t have that many champions. Should I keep arena grinding until I get more? Or start over?

Why start over again? Honestly the way things are now, if go start strike force. Stay away from future fight, Netmarble owns that one also. In a few months when they've got the phone issues and gameplay sorted out, come back and see if this game is still worth the grind.

Start over. Level up as fast as you can and try to get in 4 or 5 star arenas so you can get the featured champ while you are still in the easy bracket.

Yea do this only if you are going to play this game for many years,if you just want entertainment then continue previous account
