Killmonger's Special Attacks delay

Well, use a special attack after a combo isn't a problem in any other character but KM, almost everytime I use it, no matter if I finish in light or medium atck, the AI is still able to defend the special.
Anyone having the same issue with killmonger?

That's true to varying degrees since fall of last year for me and it gets better/worse each update. I've spent a lot of time playing around it or just stopped using champs that are affected most. I haven't touched act 5 because it is worse there than anywhere else, but ....
KM has a CM style problem with his sp2. I was super stoked to pull him as 6*, until I realized I can't land that sp2.
