Want to see some tier4 basic catalyst offers in the unit store. Haven't come for a while! And after this tier4 class catalyst in the calendar I would roll several tier4 basic promotions!

    They pop up pretty regularly after completing an expert mission for t4c shards. Seems about every 10 completions. If you're doing all 3 routes per cycle and maybe hard route a 2nd time, should see about 1 per week
