Woth their synergy, Hawkeye gains guaranteed Hemmorage for his SP3. Does this only activate if Hawkeye is awakened and has Hemmorage ability?

    I would think Hawkeye needs to be awakened, much like Loki needs to be awakened to get the special synergy with RagThor.

    Yes, Hawkeye needs to be awakened for it to apply.
