Alliance War for Dummies...Please HELP!!!

I recently started a new alliance. I've been recruiting like crazy and now have a decent group of people around me. We have been doing Alliance Quests and I'm ready to start an Alliance War but have absolutely no idea what I'm doing. Can anyone offer any tips or strategies to help me get started???

    Anything specific or just generally speaking? Your best bet may be to see if anyone in your alliance has war experience and lean hard on them
