Does wining AW with higher score award higher AW rating?

Or is it just based on static factors like ally ratings and tier level?

The rating +/- is predetermined based on win/loss as soon as you are matched with another alliance. The final score won't change this. Only winning/losing will. The amount of +/- is based upon your opponent's rating
