Looking for recruits interested in platinum tier

We are an AW focused alliance at 15mil we are sitting in the top of gold 1 and want to push for platinum tier this upcoming season.
We run map5 all week with no troubles and easily complete AQ all week. Our donations are only intended to cover that cost 135k gold, 30k BC and 12.5k loyalty
You need to be able to contribute a relatively decent defence based on team diversity. Most importantly we need people who are skilled enough to cover their paths in AW without giving excess kills and can communicate effectively So you will need a adequate attack team for AW that should consist of at least 2x R4 champs.for attack in AW
