Pym quest

Is there an issue with pym master quest? I’ve done it 4 times now and in all cases it took the 30% chance route.
What are the actual odds of that?

I did it twice and I took the route with T2 Alpha shards both times. I have no idea about the % ..

That’s the exact same one I’ve gotten 4/4 times. Not a bad reward. But it just looks a bit strange to get it every single time.
