Archangel and Ability Accuracy Reduction

Archangel's ability description in game says that his ability accuracy cannot be reduced by his opponent's abilities. This should include Taskmaster's photographic reflexes passive ability. However, I just fought Taskmaster in AW on node 42 and Taskmaster became immune to all of Archangel's abilities very early in the fight. This is clearly not working properly.

TM's debuff immunity isn't an AAR, i guess that's probably why

Technically he isn't reducing the chance for AA to proc a bleed or a poison. You see the "immune" text appearing.
Taskmaster ability doesn't have anything do to with Archangel. AA can't reduce it or avoid it from triggering

A broader point, but it would be useful for the game team to lay out precisely what abilities can be reduced. Ever since the AAR metric was introduced to the game, that’s been unclear. Who trumps what? When? Which abilities are un-trumpable?

History, though, suggests this is just another something we have to figure out for ourselves.

As others have said, it all comes down to this dumb ambiguity between passive buffs and non-passive. New champ abilities have become so ridiculously complex that it's starting to create unforeseen quirks and behaviors where they have to go back and nerf champs.

I completely agree. It’s a good concept to have champs whose abilities shut down the abilities of other champs, but the entire system appears to need simplification.
