Quickmatch not rewarding crystals

I know and am well aware the August crystals aren’t there yet.

But going in, the regular crystal (with the chance to drop Punisher 2*), isn’t dropping at all.
Best have a look into that. If that remains during the start of the actual event, these forums will explode with RDT demand threads...

    You're saying you are not receiving the crystal after your victory? Nothing in your crystal stash? Good thing you spotted this early so they can hopefully fix it before the 8th

    Using ipad.
    Closing the game and restarting isn’t doing anything.

    I did not receive one either. I'll try a second fight...

    Second fight rewarded a crystal, first did not. Something fishy here.

    Obviously I’m winning yes :lol:

    I did get one from a 5* match. Did not get them from 6* match.
    Time for a refrsh for science so to say.
    Seems 6* won’t award anything:

    I have encountered this, but it's inconsistent. Most of the time I do get a crystal, but occasionally it does not award one..and yes, I mean after a victory. I only play 1v1 rarely when I want to use a character I don't have in 4 or 5*, and haven't maxed out as a 3*.Otherwise, I always play 3v3.

    Guys, I haven't been playing the game for a while now and when I finally got back I found out the quickmatch Chrystals no longer give 2* champions, why is that?

    Um that was just for the event so people could finish it it's back to normal now.

    That happened only during the event "Gwenpool goes to movies". Now the crystals award regular items and not heroes.
