    Just bait his SP2, block it, and the continually bait his SP1. Easy as that. Any max 4* or at very least r2 5* can tank the block damage.

    Use starky, parry him and heavy hit hit. Power drain too one bar of power. Then bait him.

    Wreck him with hood. Hood can use stagger and hex to stop true strike, and can turn invisible to dodge the sp2 if true strike activates.
