Hold for all of them. Drax and Ultron aren't worth a gem, and stark spidey is worth a tech gem.

If it had to be those three, go for ultron
Otherwise, awakened the other seven hundred champions that needs it more such as blade, Medusa, voodoo, killmonger, void just to name a few
