This is happening alot in recent days(not with DoT champs)

every time you finish them with a specials they don't die they all act like gwenpool unless if u have a damage over time on that sp it's really stupid
wow I'm lucky. it happens to me like 1 out of every 20 fights.
Doesn't work the other way though, you ALWAYS die when they do the same thing.
It's really not, I see it all the time in every mode as recently as today. In aq I was fighting a rocket racoon and was kicking his ass with blade and I hit him with a special and then it slowed down.
And as he was bleeding out with 1% health left with and with 2-3 stacks on bleed on him he ignored it and before the bleed finished him, before I reached him to give him the final hit which should have never been needed.
He used his special 3 dealing tremendous damage (went from 83 -5% and it dealt over 75%) to me then after the animation ended he fell dead.
1% health left my alts blade with 83% health left and he had stacks of bleed on him but kabam allows them to get specials off when they should be dead.
You may not experience it much but others and I have and have images and videos of it, and it's freaking annoying and costing us health or our champions because they won't die when they're supposed to.
It is real.
And I very much did not like it happening in this fight
