Need help with rank ups quick, expiring cats

This post is a bit long, but i would appreciate your help guys!
I am currently working on r3ing my 5* archangel, he is currently at r2 lvl 27 and i have all the cats necessary to r3 him, so i can't use the t4b for anyone else. But when i was missing a mutant t3cc to r2 him , i opened 12 t3cc crystals to get it, so now I have a few extra t3cc in my stash.
Here's what i have in the stash:
2 Mystic
2 Tech
3 Skill
2 Cosmic
So i need to rank up some 4*s before they expire but not use any t4b.
Here are my options for each class:
Skill: Have to rank up one to r2, one to r3
Options: elektra, taskmaster, agent venom or BP classic(all unduped)
Tech: Have to rank up two to r2
Options: GG, Punisher 2099 or Yondu(all unduped)
Cosmic: Can rank up one from r2 to r3, or one from r1 to r3
Options:
r2 to r3: venom or BB(venom duped)
r1 to r3: hela(unduped)
Mystic: Have to rank up one to r3
Options: DV or dormammu(both unduped)
So please state who i should rank up for each class. Thanks!

I would bring AV to r3, and then probably taskmaster to r2. Task is a tougher champ to learn, and if you don’t like his play, go with elektra.
Thanks. I got 3* taskmaster from arena so I've had him for quite long and I'm quite used to his moves and how to use him. Plus great synergies that help to boost his abilities
