Who to r5 as a 4*?

This will be my third r5 4* and I am aiming for act 5 completion. I am currently on 5.4.4.

Ghost Rider is great for lane clearing and for rage nodes as his damage output isn't high enough to set off rage and he can nullify if need be. If you don't have blade for the synergy I would suggest ranking AA as well because you will need him for Modok.
