As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.

There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.
Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

Reset password feature is not working. I do not receive an email. I have tried about 5x now!
I really need this feature to work again so I change fix a problem I have with the security of my account!

If you are still having an issue with the password reset, please reach out to support for help using this form.
Aside I have email and answer all those long questioned from Kabam and yet till now I have not receive any further update . Please help us and don’t keep us in the dark.

If someone were compromised and stripped n the period between trying to reset the password and when it actually occurs, is Kabam going to take responsibility?
Your support team is telling people to use the in game reset function, which does not work.

The issue with password resets should now be resolved, so if you were having the problem please try again. Sorry for the confusion!

From the very beginning I told ya its a global issue
Why nobody took it serious?
You needed 2 weeks of people complaints to see that the issue is impacting tousands on them?
Why there was no single check by somebody before?
Maybe you need to hire a proper incident manager cuz u dont have any?
