Do I r4 my unduped 5* Medusa or my unduped 5* gwenpool?

both benefit from being duped but medusa is great and if shes duped she is even better

I’m hoping to be able to dupe her naturally if not I could try to go for the ag at 100% act 5 I already have done the first two chapters

medusa is an aq monster since she can shut down those stupid sentinels and is poison immune too. but gp is an amazing attacker and can control the fight if you launch her s2 when they have enough bleeds stacked so its a tought call.

depends who you need but Id go with medusa just cause the poison immunity adds more value to the champ out of the two

As having my medusa as my top champ unduped 5* 4/55, she is a beast and the armor shatters are crazy, her benefits are awesome.
