if I get a dupe from arena (that I already have at lv99) do I receive the crystal for maximum level reached?

    Depends on the arena. 4* basic: no. Any other arena should give it

    4* basic is worth milestones only when the champ in it is already duped 99.
    You’ll get nothing from the champ itself.

    You don’t get a max crystal from any arena, and only the feature arenas award shards from duping but it is less shards than a duo from a crystal
