Was heimdall round 1 cutoff quite high?

I only grind the 3* featured and usually score 1.2mil when I'm not trying hard, and it usually gets me in the top 1-10% bracket, but for this round 1.2 mil didn't make the 1-10% bracket, so I'm just wondering, what was heimdall's cutoff this round? Not just in the 3* featured, but the others too. By the way i was always in the veteran bracket.
