**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

Am I the only one who finds Thor Rag so massively underpowered ?

Hello blokes,

I have him as a 5 star and I don’t understand why he seems so weak... He seems to be weaker than quite a few of my 4 star champs. Plus, is it just me or is his SP3 really underwhelming in terms of damage output ?

I must be getting something wrong with this guy... I am seeking for any good advice ! Is he really amongst the demo-god tier or is he just trash after all ?

He's better Awakened. Much better. If you know how to use him right, he's deadly. He relies on his L3 and after.
  • When he's awakened with a high signature level, hen paired with Hulk for the synergy he can have insane damage output in areas like Realm of Legends and places where you can use special threes often.

He’s very specialised and not worth spending time on for war or alliance quests he’s only moderately useful in long fights and there are better champs for those as well.

He's an okay champ who needs a synergy and Awakening to move from okay to awesome. You also need to work his abilities a bit; not just do endless MLLLM combos building to an SP3:

Unawakened, no synergy: A bit damage-limited; but very good health pool, reasonable crit rate/damage, reliable armour break, and (if you can hold a combo and bait specials) you can get a free SP3 every 40 hits, and a reliable Stun effect (with +250% damage on opponents with armour break) on your SP1.
Avoid your SP3, as your SP2 does more damage (because the SP3 Damage is capped at 20% health). To max your damage, use SP2 when you're almost at SP3 to break your opponents armour then follow it up with an SP1 to get the bonus +250% Stun damage.
His power gain is amazing; but it grants you enough Power to fill your Power bar when it gets activated - make sure you use your specials before it gets activated (and during, if you don't want to end up at SP3).

Awakened, no synergy: Now you start using his SP3 as you can start inflicting Shock (and Stun and Armour Break) during his Thunder God's Wrath phase. Hold a combo for repeated SP3s. Try to pair him with Hulk, because...

Synergies: The Thor Rags/Hulk synergy makes both champs much better, although Rags only gains from it if he is Awakened. If he is, he gains +60% Attack following his SP3 (during his Thunder God's Wrath phase, lasting up to 25 seconds); which of course benefits his Shock damage as well as his basic attacks. He still has the damage cap on his SP3 though. For Hulk (or Gulk) he gets a reliable 5 seconds of total Invulnerability when dropping below 20% health. Still having trouble with Uncollected Heimdall? This can save you a few potions!
He also has good synergies with Proxima Midnight, Hela and Loki. The Rags/Hela/Loki combo helps an Awakened Loki start inflicting massive damage in LOL; and augment several of Rags' other abilities.

If you've got him Awakened with Hulk, aim to bait your opponents special before activating SP3 so you can batter them senseless during Thunder God's Wrath; and (as long as they aren't debuff-immune), just watch their health melt away.

Masteries: you'll want to max out your Despair and Pacify masteries (if he's Awakened).

Thanks very much for your insights mate ! And thank you all. Now I know I won’t be using him any time soon... I’ll rank up Killmonger instead !

    Lol - TMI?

Do come back to him if he ever gets Awakened, though - Awakened and paired with Hulk, he's a beast!

You’ll find his sp3 lack luster as it can only do 20% of the champion’s health in damage

Total design team fail on character model, class, and abilities. Apparently they only got to see the trailer for the movie.
