Which 4 star to upgrade?

Need to upgrade one of my 4 star champion. Which one is best?

Honestly, I like ghost more than archangel. True, archangel can rip through everything, but ghost can do it much better. And ghost doesn't need to be awakened to be god tier, all she needs is an ant man.

Ghost is the strongest of the lot in terms of utility and attack but she needs u to be pretty skilled to use her phasing and kinda needs the wasp synergy(giving her unblockable sp2) to guarantee that u land that sp2 after phasing
AA on the other hand does substantial damage with his parry heavy and can destroy opponents really quickly and gains ability accuracy reduction on being awakened so I would go with him

I'll sugest between archangel or ultron. If your alliance play aq map 3 or higher, ultron will helpful because bleed and poision immune
