Question about Black Bolt's provocation

Black bolt is able to gain cruelty and fury buffs when receiving and striking with critical hits.

I was wondering if Black Bolt can still proc fury and cruelty buffs from champions that critical through my block. For instance, is there a chance for provocation to activate if a corvus glaive strikes my block?

    That's a good question actually. I want to say no because critical blocks aren't the same as critical hits; technically, but you never know with this game.
