Corvus Synergy

Why does Corvus have synergy with Captain America but does not have synergy with CapIW? Doesn't make sense to me. Is that an error? I mean he does have synergy with Thor Rag and Dr Strange who were in the Infinity War movie so it would make sense that CapIW would have synergy and not the original captain...

    added to the game after Corvus? still doesnt make sense why they wouldn't adjust it to fit the current champ that he should have synergy with.

    I’m not 100% sure, but weren’t Proxima, Corvus, Cap and then IMIW all added in the same update, the infinity war update?

    Fair, I remember now, different event quests. Still, I don’t think it makes that much of a difference.

    They could do it if they wanted to. It wouldn’t be the first time they updated an older champ’s synergy. They updated OG Cyclops’ when Phoenix was released. They updated Thor (Rag) when Gulk was released.

    Could be balance as well. Maybe with CapIW and his new abilities it makes him more toward the OP side. Then again, it could just be oversight or they just don't want to..

    In my opinion they should group together synergies with different versions of the same champ. ‘Captain America’ should contain og cap, cap ww2, cap IW. ‘Spider-man’ should be classic spidey and stark spidey but not miles morales. They have to be the same character in the marvel world. It would streamline a lot of the old synergies and make older characters still feel relevant.

    I agree, the reason I posted this was because I have capIW at r5 and corvus at r4 for my AW attack team. Just wanted some insight. Thanks for all the responses!

    They should update the synergy for sure. I believe cull obsidian has a synergy with Cap IW but Corvus does not even though they fight in infinity war
