How’s my roster?

I need some advice on how to improve my roster. Who should I keep ranking up, and some suggestions for a newish player. Also I just pulled iceman right now so I want to rank him up since he’s my only mutant 4*

    Thank you! I have been slowly building up my masteries but they are not great. Thanks for the advice!
