Alliance demotion after AW cheating penalty?

I have no problem with penalizing players that cheat, but when an alliance is punished because of actions unknown to the leader or officers of said alliance, an atmosphere of doubt is created. If we are notified who the violator is, we may also police ourselves instead of wondering who among us brought about the punitive measures. Notify us who cheated so we don't begin turning on one another or misplacing blame when penalties are levied against our alliance.

    Well they are going to say privacy policy is why they won’t inform you who’s the cheater was. What I don’t understand is you have the so-called privacy policy and game. But here in the forums you will put jail bars or even change peoples avatars to user band carry on. So where is the privacy policy here. In the game you say you don’t want to expose people but in the forums you have no problem doing this. Double standard?

    How can we enforce no cheating if we don't know who the cheater is or what they have done? We just see our alliance rank dropped drastically with no explanation why other than a canned response about account sharing and cracking down on cheating during alliance wars.
