@Kabam Lyra I see you confirmed that comppreciation week is still going to continue as planned... does that mean that the team has decided to ignore our concerns?

Kind of disappointing to see Kabam ignore what was one of the most viewed threads in a long while. It was pretty clear that many summoners cared about this issue and wanted to see it change. Not surprising that we get ignored again, but you would think that something might have happened.
Dear Kabam, although the appreciation week is helpful it in no way makes up for the terrible state of the game recently and 18 days if insane overheating that made the game totally unplayable for many people, myself included. For a start the summoner appreciation should be for a whole month not just a week and should include a gold realm with no energy costs. And the compensation offered is woefully inadequate in regards to how much potential rewards were lost in this time period and the damage done to our phones. I am not asking for things such as rank down tickets but a good stack of units, potions for all facets of the game and a big chunk of 5 and 4 star shards would be reasonable and commensurate with what people lost or were unable to obtain during this terrible period of functionality for the game. Restore the player bases faith in you Kabam and do the right thing!
@Kabam Miike What ever happened to compensating people for what they missed out on? Didn't you say that yourself? So how does the team justify not following what they told us?
