halls of healing begginer entry issue

in Bugs and Known Issues
both days of the halls of healing have been effected. the beginner does not allow me to enter 3 times. after the second entry it sais 74% completed and will not let me in for the third amd final lane. this is day 2 and the second time i was not able to earn the 100% begginer rewards.
veriozon, iphone 6s, 12.5 ios ingame name: tonydola. when i sent in a ticket they responded with i did enter 3 times and it was on me. i am 100% certain i only entered 2 times. on both occasions. so im trying my luck here. i will leave a screen shot.
to be clear both the first and second day of hoh has had this issue.
please look into this, thank you

    Are you sure you didn’t hit replay then cancel the quest to change your team? I did that by accident the last time halls of healing were around.

    It so bad designe when ther gav Them entry.

    Had a similar problem but with hard level went in twice and would not allow me to do the third run.
