Sorry for the repost, but I posted a schedule a few days back for Stark Assignment start times. Since then, it has proven 100% correct, so I'm putting it up again, so everyone can see it. Essentially, Stark Assignments start in cycles of 7 hours after the previous one and 8 hours after the previous one, so two start every 15 hours. For example, here's the schedule for the Eastern Time Zone (EST).
July 11, 16, 21, 26, 31: 4:00; 12:00; 19:00
July 12, 17, 22, 27, and August 1: 3:00; 10:00; 18;00
July 13, 18, 23, 28: 1:00; 9:00; 16:00
July 14, 19, 24, 29: 0:00; 7:00; 15:00; 22:00
July 10, 15, 20, 25, 30: 6:00; 13:00; 21:00
August 2: 1:00; 9:00
