Rocket is a glass cannon. He takes skill to use effectively.

welp hes a 3*. if he is your first maxed 3* then good choice.

If you are achieving combos, this little chap hits hard (especially its special 2).

Downside is weak Defense. I think Raccoon can survive a special 3 with the third 'shield' active.
