Why does Dr. Voodoo's special 2 not benefit from the mystic dispersion mastery when he converts loas to power burn (even combo) or power drain (odd combo)? It works on special 1 but not on special 2.
Is this a bug, nerf, or some of the usual kabam master class, ted talk-level deductive reasoning/logic?

Mystic Dispersion only works when buffs are nullified or expired. It doesn't work when they are refresh or converted in to abilities.
In other words, you don't nullify the buffs by using your sp2. You convert them in to an ability. So is working as intended
Is not a conversion, is a nullify ability that applies a poison for each buff nullified that way
