Need experienced officers!
Hello, fellow champs!
Im the leader of a little but rapidly growing alliance (B.T.S) "Beat the system. We only formed about a month ago but grew quickly to a full house, (30 members) with only two officers. Both great guys but aren't serious in their roles, I want officers to have line, work with the members, listen to the plan in wars like which battlegroup I want them to be in with which members, talk with me about there ideas as well, encourage game play being active donating participating etc.. as but no use even tho I explained verbally time and time again where I want this alliance to head! We have more than enough capable members ranging from min 10k - 30k rating individually including myself. (23k) all active daily a few using Line (which I promote) and winning 9 out of our 11 alliance wars and 6/6 alliance quest's from the start not knowing a fraction of what I know now.. seems small in numbers but I alone built from the ground up also, I created this team a day or two after I started playing myself. So if their are anyone around levels 20-30 with same stats as my alliance + have experience or at least at min has line and is willing to work towards the goals I'm aiming for I would be more than happy to hear from you.
