Anyone else experiencing a drought in finding L1 revives?

Normally i would be able to pick up a few L1 revives as I clear EQ. So far i hadn’t been lucky this EQ.
Today, I decided to dig deep and also pore through Act 1 and Act 2. Heck, i even went into Act 4 and Act 5.1/5.2 just to prove myself that they are out there somewhere. But nope, I did not find a single L1 revive. There were plenty of ISOs, pots, and energy refills as per normal though.
Wondering if other summoners are having such tough luck with finding L1 revives.
