Problem with rename functionality

I'm an alliance leader and its making it a nightmare to properly keep track of member performance. Please at the very least add some kind of alliance notification such as "a changed his name to b" in the alliance notification and it would also nice for you to include more entries in the current alliance notifications so we dont lose track of important notifications when there are so many notifications we cant see some that occurred since last login.
