To provide context,
I already have a 5* Medusa unawakened, 4* BB and 3* Karnak for the synergy.
I'm uncollected and have Act 5 35% explored, currently in the middle of Act 2 exploration.
On RTTL 4.3.

My options are:
  1. Medusa
  2. Carnage
  3. Venom
  4. Dormammu
