How do you use dexterity to evade his sp1? I mean when exactly during his sp1 should we move back??

Right timing, but it's really difficult for me
I did evade his Sp1 a few times before, so it's not impossible, just right timing and luck

Generate distance and get him to shoot it out. Evade back when the first webshot is about halfway across the screen. Then make sure you back away to avoid his dash in.

Takes some practice to get down but once you get the timing on the first webshot you will be able to do it consistently.

Max distance away from him, evade right before the web hits you
This way you can evade both web shots, and spidy won't dash in far enough to hit you
