5300+ Prestige player looking for new alliance

Hi there!
Now that AW Season 4 has ended, I'm looking for a new alliance:
AW should at least be Gold 1
AQ should run and clear (!) Map 5x5
The alliance should run 3 BGs in both AW and AQ all the time.
I'm not a fan of the whole "tanking" strategy, so even during this off-season AW should be played fair and whenever it's available.
I'm very active and assigned paths for AQ/AW aren't a problem for me.
