yeah but you've gotten to use him the last 2 years - long enough to use him for everything, then sort of forget about him, then think Hey He's Still Sort Of Useful I should Use Him More Often, then I Can't Believe He's Going For So Little In Basic.
Back then i wasnt aiming that high lol 7.4 was enough to be in 1-10% lol
