Please help. If anyone has any tips then it'd be great. The game's crashing every 10 minutes now and I can't even run a simple quest.

I'm not reporting a problem but rather asking for any tips that the players have.

I've tried reinstalling the game but the problem returns within a few hours, it had to be the game, right?? I'm on Android. Thanks.

    Got a Moto Z play with 3GB RAM, 32 GB memory (4GB free). Android 7.1.1, literally nothing changed but the game started crashing since update 18.0 and has just become worse and worse.

    I can always change the phone, but why should a phone with 3GB RAM and still 4GB free memory have issues.
    I will factory reset it and see what happens.

    Factory reset seems like the only other thing to do now.

    Limit game play.

    Seriously, the advice on here is about as good as you can hope for. Running only MCoC without background apps, using WiFi and keeping battery charged all seem to help. But even with that I’ve found the game can drop even if I don’t move from the optimal locations I’ve identified to play the game.

    These are the simple steps that I follow to minimize crashes...

    Or I suppose you could just put your phone in airplane mode, turn wifi on, and turn off the setting that allows apps to run in the background.

    I am factory resetting the phone now and see if that helps and for how long.

    That’s worth a try. I continue to have a good amount of frame rate drop anytime I play buff heavy nodes or champs with a lot of calculations required for their abilities. Phone isn’t new, but a top of the line 7+ should be able to run the game with few flaws.

    So the factory reset did not help. Game still crashes every 10-20 minutes. This has to be a problem with the app now, it is impossible that my phone has 2 GB ram free, 20 gb memory free and yet it crashes.

    All this started after v 18.0, and I have submitted countless reports. I don't even know what to do now, all I want is that the game is stable while I play it.

    I would suggest looking to see if your phone has .APK flies downloaded, if so delete them, these are mostly files that try to make your phone do things other then what you what it to do. Delete them all and then get back to us, if you still have problems and still want phone guidance from people on these forums, we will try to figure something else out.

    Get a good nights sleep, don’t drink beforehand, don’t check your phone, scan the road constan-oh wait....

    um yeah close all your apps that you aren’t using, put it on power save mode, take breaks every so often for 5-10 min

    Lol, If I really needed phone help I'd go to XDA forums or some such place. This is a game specific issue and has been around for over 4-5 months now. Honestly, I used to think that people are exaggerating that they quit because of issues, but I joined that group as well.

    Now I just do some questing , but they dont let me do that as well.

    I prefer getting some coffee, it helps.. aaaannd there's another crash.
