Whom to use science rank up on?

So I have done Act 5 100% and got rank2->rank3 & rank3->rank4 science gems. Not just that but got science awakening from 5.3 100%. Bit confused where to invest these gems on. Especially rank up from 3 to 4.

I would say Cap. Quake is a beast if you can get used to using her. Neither are a bad option.
