Unit deals, and unit deals targetting newer players

Kabam, as you guys mentioned increasing how fast players get rank up rewards, would it be possible for you guys to give unit deals (buying units with extra items) more often, or even unit deals with items (t4cc,t2a,t5b) for newer players to spend to catch up to vet players?

    Or it'd be cool if you let newer players spend money to play old EQ they missed out on because they just recently started playing the game.
