Alliance Leaders assign AQ/AW fields

As the title suggests, it would be nice if the leader of an alliance could assign alliance members to specific fields within the AQ and AW. Alternatively, there could be a way for the leader to enable/disable joining the AQ or AW for specific members.

I agree. If they do not follow rules about joining AQ/AW then they have to be kicked. And if they do not follow rules regarding movement in both of these features then they definitely need to be kicked. You cannot win wars and complete AQs with people who willfully do not listen.

Everyone has to start somewhere, but it would be nice if we could put them all in a separate field so they aren't taking the place of one of the heavy hitters.
