Bought 5-star Unlock/Awaken Package but it hasn't shown up

I bought the Unlock/Awaken a 5-Star champion package today, received my receipt for payment from apple ... But none of the resources including the generic 5-star awakening gem has shown up. There seems to be no way to send kabam an in-game message so posting in here in hopes of some help.

    You didn’t get a generic gem because there wasn’t one in the offer

    thanks so much for the help. But I am confused ... how can they call it a 5-star unlock when there was NO class or generic awakening gem in there?

    There is a 5* awakening gem crystal, you gotta open it to see which gem you get.

    You obviously haven’t been playing long, why would you spend 60$ on that...
